I look forward to welcoming our patients every day at the front desk with a smile! I find helping our patients make appointments, answer the phones or other questions they might have about the practice. I handle some aspects of insurance, including verifying insurance coverage and processing claims. Many of our patients have become like family to us.

I have been with Dr. Ficarella since 1999. I have a wonderful husband, 4 children and 3 Grandchildren who are the love of our life.
