Dr. Michael I. Farr

Dr. Michael I. Farr is an award-winning seasoned dentist who grew up in Skokie, IL and graduated from Niles West High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree graduating summa cum laude from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry.

Dr. Farr has received many awards for his skill, proficiency, and excellence in aspects of clinical dentistry that include fixed and removable prosthodontics, restorative, and implant dentistry. He is a repeated recipient of top doctor awards and is a true believer in mastering techniques. He holds a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is ZestMasters certified. Dr. Farr is highly experienced at placing and restoring dental implants and providing his patients with a multitude of restorative solutions. He is a dedicated lifelong learner and is always trying to improve his abilities to better serve his patients. He is also known for his humbleness and excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Farr is married with three children. Raised in a traditionally observant Jewish household, morals, ethics, and family are highly important to him. He likes to spend time with family, travel, cook, and exercise. He is also a longtime saxophone player who performs with local jazz bands. Dr. Farr is honored and excited to be a part of the Ficarella Dentistry Team.
